Q: Is there alcohol in this?

Yes there is. It says, "Contains less than 1% Phenoxyethanol" It is funny because I bought this product because it was one that did not list any alcohol, but it is there nonetheless. It seems to be a nice product, but didn't like that they were not up front about the ingredients. It also has purified water.

Q: Do I need to apply a moisturizer after using this?

Yes! You can wait about 5-10 mins after using serum. And then apply a heavier moisturizer. One with Vitamin C would be the best. It helps the skin to better absorb the Hyaluronic Acid. Thereby getting the best possible use of the Serum.

Q: My bottle was not full (only about 3/4 full). Is that normal?

This is the first time I bought this product. It was wrapped in shrink wrap and almost to the top full. Definitely more than 3/4 bottle full.

Q: I just opened my second bottle and i'm concerned. its nothing like the first bottle. it is thinner than water. i can't even put it on.

I'm also having the same problem! The first bottle was more viscous and had a slight scent, the second bottle feels like I'm putting water on my face!
