This a great product. It directly helps my neck by targeting those areas that causes me pain

Definitely do not recommend. Everyone in the house tried this, no one liked it. It is now in the original box, collecting dust in the closet. Did not work or provide any type of relaxation.

For me, this massager did nothing. I was looking for a deep tissue massage but this is a tens unit. Sent back the day after I received it.

This is a nice item for work or home or even while driving.

So this is essentially a tens unit and has no massage whatsoever it’s mid at best and you have to wet your neck to use it. The charge runs out super quick save your money buy a tens unit and don’t mess with this

I know that this is technically not a TENS unit, but it certainly reminds me of one of sorts. I suspect that were it a TENS unit, with the pads actually stuck to the user, then some of the shock complaints might have been mitigated. Personally, I didn’t really notice any shocks per se, but I did feel more of a tingle in some of the modes, especially mode number four. But I found that if I started at level 1 and gradually increased the intensity, it worked better than just jumping in at a high level.As for effectiveness, I do think it helps to relax my neck and shoulders; although I didn’t feel anything like actual kneading of my muscles, and there are no moving parts, some of the modes do give you the sensation of being tapped or having a rolling motion go over your neck. The fact that there are no moving parts means that there is no noise produced by this device. I’ve used various other devices that rely on vibration or moving parts to work your muscles, and each of those produced a noise that could be heard by others and often required upping the volume on the TV a bit. But since this device is completely silent, others may not even know if it is on. As for the heat options, there are three levels, but it was only at the highest level that I could really tell any difference.Overall, I know several reviewers have given this poor marks and complained about being shocked. I’m sorry to hear it, and maybe they received a bad unit. But for us, we’ve enjoyed using this neck massager and find it a nice addition to our home therapy options.

Got hit in a hit and run by a semi truck 3 months ago. Been dealing with whiplash and headaches from the impact. Have been going to PT and the chiropractor which has helped. However still getting headaches... this product has helped and my headaches the 1st day have decreased over 80 %. Hopefully it will keep doing the job as I'm going into my craziest time of year... tax season! The heating element is very sufficient!!!

Read manual cover to cover. Followed directions and had wet skin. Was shocked by the device when I turned it on the lowest setting and pulled it off immediately. I tried again thinking there was hope - again it shocked me even more in the back of my neck. Hard pass on this one, I think I would not like to put these cheap and dangerous Chinese shock device sold as a tens FDA approved device anywhere near my neck or head. Can’t believe this device can legally be sold in the US. All I have now is more of a tension headache while I try to return this thing.
