The other reviews were spot on. I should’ve known better. Very over priced and the pump doesn’t work. More product drips on the floor than where it needs to go. If you do get product where it belongs it does sort of work but just not worth it

I received the product, box was undamaged and the spray bottle was still sealed. To use the product, you have to twist the top spray from the lock position to the open position. The pump on mine seemed to have been broken because regardless of how many times I pressed it, it wasn't spraying. I can hear the pump working, and it was slowly leaking out from inside.I gathered what I could and tried the product. Around 30 secs, I can feel it start to tingle and the heat slowly start to increase. After a minute, I just washed and dried off. It's suggested to leave it on for 5-10 mins. Even though I had it on for more than a minute, it did go numb for a bit so yes, it does work. However, if you leave it on for long, the numbing could be a bit too much. So much that you may not even be able to maintain an erection.My suggestion is to try it first to know how much to use and how long to it leave on. The last thing you'd want is to over numb yourself to a point where you can't satisfy your partner. All in all, if it wasn't for the broken pump, I'd actually use this product.

The design of this bottle is not very effective. It is really difficult to get the product out because it is too thick. As far as effectiveness, it's not bad. You can definitely "feel" it working. This would be an overall better product if it was thinner.
