Komodo Analog Hygrometer

UPDATED REVIEW.I've had this product for a couple of weeks now and I've come to the realisation it does not work after comparing the results with multiple other hygrometers and thermohygrometers. Instead of this item look for a 2 in 1 thermohygrometer that is digital for better results. All you can expect from this is a pointer that goes 20% over the actual number.DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM EXPECTING AN ACCURATE RESULT.

I have a leopard gecko whos viv needs to be about 30% dry on the hygrometer. But it appears to be stuck on humid. I've stuck my hand in the viv several times and its the opposite to humid. I have a small humid hide, and a small water bowl and ventilation allowing air in to the viv. I am going to purchase a digital one, as this is not accurate at all.

Not fit for purpose, tested it in the bathroom with shower running for a long time, then left it in the room with all doors/windows closed and extractor fan off for over an hour. Condensation everywhere and a digital hygrometer reading close to 100% while this meter never exceeded 60%! Awful product, do not buy.

Very pleased with this. It looks cool in my viv and is easy to read and therefore get my humidity spot on.

Pretty reliable, within a few % of a digital reading. Fine if you have a window of humidity levels that are acceptable, for real strict humidity needs I would always recommend digital!

This works perfectly and does exactly what it is meant to do. I have other hydrometers and this one is extremely accurate compared to them, my one, however, is quite hard to read, Although I think this is partly because of the lighting and condition. All round really good product and definitely worth the price.

It's a simple hygrometer, easy to install and add to any reptile tank. Good, easy readings.
