I have used these for drywall that struggles even with drywall plugs.I have hung several heavy mirrors and pictures and not had a single accident. The only issue is that I struggle to push them in and have to resort to light taps of a hammer. The hangers are also easy to remove with a screwdriver allowing them to be used again, and only small holes are left on the wall.I have also noted that 3M has been responding to people saying that you can use, for example, two 30lb hangers to mount a 60lb item. This is incorrect and says as much on their own packaging! You must use the hanger that is designed for the weight so a 60lb item will require 60lb hangers.
