They look like the photo and function as toe socks… they’re thin like pantyhose. The non-slip grip is not placed perfectly at the back of the heel in every sock. I think these could be useful for wearing with a shoe that is too tight… but I don’t feel like it dies much for my bunions.

These socks were received within a day. I couldn't believe how quickly I received them! They are soft and they come in a variety of colors. Each one was individually wrapped, although the white pair came without a cardboard insert.If you wear them to work out, they are fine. The silicone strip in the back helps the socks to stay in place. They are also sewn in a way that makes the look seamless. If you are looking for cushioned support, you should use a different sock. However, I liked these for shoes that have a closer fit to my natural size. My feet felt flexible and dry.I also tried wearing the socks with fashion flats. The shoes themselves were not very comfy, but wearing the socks underneath made a difference! The only time-consuming matter was that I needed to tuck the socks so that they wouldn't show through. See arrows in my picture. This is my reason for removing one star.You can either hand-wash the socks or throw them into a small mesh bag when you do your laundry. I don't think the mesh bag is mandatory but it will help so that you don't lose the socks. I hand-washed mine at the sink and then let them air dry. They dried overnight and were ready to wear again.

Dislike: no compression as advertised. They are pretty, but look like knee highs with toes! Not worth almost 20.00 buck!!

I loved the design of the socks, I’ve never had a pair like this before and they fit nicely. Weren’t too thick or too thin so I can wear these with most any shoe I wanted. If I wanted to be barefoot at home, these had a good grip on the floor. The material is very soft and fit perfectly. Not too tight or loose. The size was just perfect, so I’d say its true to size. Very comfortable for all day wear.

It took a minute for me to get these onto my feet, but once I did I was very happy with them. The design is cute, kind of an art deco pattern which makes them look more elegant and sophisticated than plain socks or peds. I wore these for yoga and found they might be better with a little grip on the soles, but otherwise they definitely stayed on my feet and kept my toes nice and warm. With shoes, they are also great and a nice alternative to socks. Good variety of neutral colors in the pack.
