This is a superb product if applied correctly
This requires a clean and smooth application with a sready hand however it's the best sealer for natural slate floors I've ever used. You must wear a respirator and ventilation is a must after application. Give it plenty of time to dry and cure, don't rush the job. This is very expensive however worth ever dime if you're looking for a classy high end finish. Easy to maintain and dries hard as a rock!

Very easy to put on but I think it yellows the tile a bit.
I applied it to travertine and it was easy to put on and it does a great job protecting the tile but after about two months the tiles look just a tad bit more yellow. Our travertine is mostly very light colored and it arrived blueish and white. Now it's bluish and sort of off white. I really can't think of why it would have changed color aside from this sealant. The color change isn't profound and the tiles are damn near un-stainable (my kids have absolutely put it to the test) so it really is a great sealant. One full bottle actually did our entire kitchen and entry way with two coats. Probably about 500 square feet.

Great product
Fantastic results. Quartzite tile went from being highly absorbent to now rejecting liquids and beading up beautifully. Instructions say you need to do a second coat in a window of time that is 1-3 hours after the first coat (i.e., you let the first coat start to evaporate and dry but you do the second coat before the first coat has cured; otherwise, the second coat wouldn't soak in). I did it and was amazed two days later when I tested the results by throwing water on the floor. Amazing how it beaded up. Absolutely beautiful beads. Comes up completely, with no trace of absorption on the tiles.

This Product Works
Great product. Easy to apply and protects grout and stone work. It's a real penetrating sealer, which means stains are blocked.

Non-glossy sealant
Used on my cement tiles. Looks great! It’s not glossy at all. Highly recommended

expensive but worth every penny
I have used a more expensive commercial product and this is far better, no yellowing and increased the contrast on my river rock.

Seem work well on limestone
used almost a quart of this sealant on my natural limestone patio wall seat, 30 feet long (14" wide). The natural limestone absorbed the sealant pretty well (thirsty). One generous application and I noticed water beads from sprinkler and just cleaned a dried bird dropping easily. Pretty costly sealant; decided to order different cheaper sealant for my patio flagstone floor (200 sf).
