Great little item
As an avid gym goer I have always struggled with not having big forearms and my gripStrength.This little item has been amazing: can sit there whilst at my computer and have a little go a couple of times a day or week:Definitely feel my forearms are growing and look bigger. Veins are popping too which is an added bonus haha.100% recommend!

Don't waste your money
The media could not be loaded. The rubber has nearly snapped after only using it twice!!!!!Buy some power grippers instead , considering these came from ASIA............ I can't send it back for a refund/replacement

Tried setting up how it looks on the picture it doesn’t stay wrapped the Velcro is super weak it kept opening up, I tried using without the wrist strap it was better but the thumb part snapped after a few stretches this is not well made sadly and not worth any amount of money mine has gone in the bin
