I ordered the 2 pack so I could have a back up when I forget to put it in the freezer. I love this neck wrap ice pack. I am laying on one right now. I have constant neck pain and headaches so I use ice packs multiple times a day. This is the best one I have used. It stays really soft in the freezer and when it comes out. The material it is made of is different than other ice packs that get stiff and can be painful right out of the freezer. It is really helping my neck pain and headache. It’s very comfortable and cold. It wraps around my neck very well. I will definitely always have these around.Update June 2, 2022. I have been using these about a week and would take a star off. The neck wraps don’t stay frozen or cold for long. Max time 30 mins. I know it’s not good to ice for that long at one time.I do have pain in my neck, shoulder, and head and would like to move to another spot but I am not able to with these.

This product is my favorite neck and shoulder ice pack pain reliever. It stays cold longer than I expected. The coverage is excellent. You can place the wide center portion either upwards or down. Depending on my discomfort, I often rotate the direction. My only issue is the material is not very comfortable. Because it stays cold, it takes a little while for it to form to my body. Nothing is perfect but this one is pretty darn good.

So let me first state, like others I found this pack only stays cold for about 10-30 minutes depending on: a. How hot the house is, and b. How hot my neck is when it's used. That being said I love it enough to have bought 3 now and I honestly intend to buy more. I have a degenerative disc in my neck that causes a lot of migraines and swelling, on top of heat sensitiveness (prone to heat exhaustion even in 75 degrees). When both of these act up at the same time, my anxiety will start up as well, due to physical triggers. I love this ice pack. It helps with all the issues I listed. I love that it does stay soft, moveable, and doesn't seem like it will leak even after weeks of being in the freezer. I take one out use it until it is no longer cold, throw it back in the freezer, and grab another one, if still needing it. All said I am very happy with this, and can forgive that it doesn't stay cold for long given how much swelling and heat it has to deal with.
