I was getting constant diarrhea, nausea, bloating, pain in my stomach and inability to eat any food. In the absence of a diagnosis and on a long waiting list for a gastroenterologist, I bought these, after some research, choosing enzymes with no hcl. Within a couple of days diarrhea had stopped, and nausea and fullness is much better..not completely gone and the pain is still pretty significant. But at least I am digesting some of my food, and not suffering constant diarrhea. I take a lot more than suggested. Probably 6 or 7 a day. But they work and it means I can go off my careful eating, and have a treat without suffering terrible.I advise these to anyone with stomach issues. They help my mother with her colitis issues too and have lactase for lactose intolerance.Update 2021. I'm still taking them every day at every meal and snack. And could not manage without them. Still haven't seen a doctor either, but these along side a low fodmap, lowish histamine, dairy free diet are getting me by.
