Tsukineko VKSML142 Versacraft Small Ink Pads Small Ink Pad, Baby Blue

Initially I was very disappointed with this. The sentiment I stamped was not nearly as clean and sharp as I was used to. But then I realised that I had been concentrating so hard on making sure I ordered a mini pad that I didn’t notice I was ordering Versacraft and not Versafine.I did actually think about returning it but I do like the colour - sometimes black is just too harsh. And there seems to be a slight little shimmer going on. So I will hang on to this and play with it to see how to get the best out of it.

Nice colour and small size, but the description suggests it will work on non-porous surfaces such as plastic - it doesn't dry and is easily wiped-off.If you want an ink-pad for non-porous surfaces, try the StazOn midi range (unfortunately they don't have a yellow in the range).

Used to make a handprint and transfer to paper.Worked well, needed a few coats to cover hand.A little smaller than I thought the pad would be but it did the job required at the time.

It is not darker as I expected. Chocolate is not darker red it is brown......

Not the best pigmentation. I was using a stamp on dark coloured card and needed a few presses to get enough colour. Not as good as I expected and it was very small
