I’ve been using this ab stimulator for about 2 months. I bought it for massage and recovery purposes and for that it works great!!! I use this after work almost every day. I work in a warehouse on a concrete floor for 10 and a half hours a day. When I get home I usually feel sore and my core and lower back feel binded up to the point we’re it’s hard to get comfortable even laying down. Using this after work really helps get rid of all of that tension and soreness. Great recovery tool!!

I purchased this very well made and designed AB Stimulator belt to assist with toning up Abs and Obliques after an extended period of time sedentary after back surgery. The belt band is large enough to comfortably fit my size 40 waistline. and has internal contact pads that allow for the placement of gel to aid in the transmission of the stimulation. These pads are easily wiped to keep clean when not in use. The package comes with two smaller bands designed to be used to help develop biceps and calves, etc. Each bad uses one UBS charged disk that snaps onto the bands during therapy and snaps off the belts to easily recharge. The disks are programmed to provide 12 workout modes with 19 intensity levels. You should commit to at least 20 minutes per day for success, but honestly, once the band is on your waist or arm or leg, you can easily wear it while performing other activities in the home or office, even jogging or walking, so it is very easy to run consecutive cycles and really get a good workout in. Like most things in life, the more you use the stimulator, the better the results. So, I have been using the belt since April 2023, started with a size 40 waist and I am now down to size 34 (belt use combined with moderate exercise and good diet choices). Beyond that, my Abs and Obliques have become better toned and strengthened my core, which I need to help correct my back issues. Though not marketed as a medical device, it did improve my medical issues, as well as my esthetics. I have since tried the stimulators for pain relief from tight or injured muscle and having success with that as well. I am truly impressed with the quality and perform of this belt and highly recommend to everyone looking to improve their muscle tone, and general health. Excellent product!

Great easy to use product. Happy with progress so far

First of all, I feel like this could do the trick. Used it once, around my belly for the big one and my arm and leg for the small ones. The big one gives more coverage and therefore seems to engage the muscles better, while the small ones only have one point of contact and so they hurt a lot more but don't engage my muscle nearly as well. Still, as long as I kicked it up to the point I could see and feel my muscle actually contracting hard, it did work!However, after literally only one time, one of the three electrical devices feel apart where it attaches. It didn't break, it just fell off, literally. Like it was not attached well at all to the snap. I'd love to reattach but don't know how without damaging the device or adversely affecting the electrical impulse.I can still do it with the other two, but it will take twice as long now since I have to stop and reuse one on a band with no device.Plus the fact that is this just falls off so quickly, I have very little hope the others will last.It wasn't then most expensive option out there, but it also wasn't the cheapest. Would have expected at least a medium level of lasting power.I do only half my body for new devices to test what they actually do to my body. If I am able to keep using these, at least the ones still workable, then hopefully I'll have results in a couple months. But if I don't, I won't update. Won't promise, but will hope.

My neighbor had told me about these bands & highly recommended them…otherwise I probably would’ve never purchased them. Once mine arrived & I used for a few months & I was very pleasantly surprised that they do in fact work! I’ve always been big on sit ups (& running) & planned to continue doing them along w/band, but with 3 very active kids I’ve been too busy to do the sit ups & instead have worn the band faithfully (I’d say twice a day at minimum, 5-6 days a week). As I’ve gotten older if I slack on my sit-ups i can tell & somehow this has replaced them for the most part b/c I can where the band while cleaning house, making phone calls, watching tv etc!I’ve also used the smaller bands above my knees & have noticed a little more definition there which says a lot b/c I carry my weight in my thighs.Needless to say you turned this skeptical customer into a believer of your product!

Works as advertised

Used for back and lower back tens therapy this works very well, not quite strong enough for muscle toning.(doesn’t tire the muscles). Love the removable, rechargeable tens units can always have a spare charged if one dies..

I was a little sceptical that this belt would have any measurable results. But after 3 months of committed, regular use I have lost 1 1/2 inches round my waist and my abs have *much* clearer definition. I wasn’t overweight to begin with but have lost over 3lbs. Maybe what fat there was has transformed into muscle. Over the coming months I plan to keep using the belt at a reduced intensity to maintain the definition I have gained. So far I have focussed entirely on the waist belt. In the coming months I plan to switch my focus to the bicep belts. 
A couple of weeks ago my belt suddenly stopped working. I contacted the seller and he immediately promised to replace it even though it was well outside the Amazon window for returns. I was impressed by his commitment to customer service and to the quality of his product.
