I bought these for their clean and simple design and the clear and proper description. While the water dispenser works well, the dry food one keeps the bowl filled at all times which was too much for our cat that our neighbour's cat had been helping himself, too, while we were away.

I spent a while deciding on getting one of these water/biscuit dispenser sets for my cats and settled on this one which to be honest, is probably as good as any of them. It's sturdy and well-made but much bigger than I expected so takes up quite a bit of room. But after 2 weeks, I've already given up and resigned them to offer to a friend with a dog instead. The main reason being that the water bowl is quite big and my cats would never drink that much, so the water ends up getting dirty and needs replenishing every 2 days. Which defeats the object of the water bottle as that is still half full and is a faff to pick up and clean without spilling everywhere. Much more suited to a dog who would probably drink the water more quickly. As for the biscuit dispenser, as so many others have mentioned in reviews, the gradient isn't steep enough so biscuits don't naturally refill into the bowl as it empties so you constantly have to give it a shake to move them down, which again defeats the object. Nice idea but I think we will return to the tried and tested routine of replenishing food and water bowls daily which seems to have worked for 20 years or more.

Potty the food one needed adjusting to ensure flow as real good otherwise.Very simple junior saw job though as feeder can easily dismantle in 3 pieces for cleaning and only one needs adjusting
