My favorite bible yet!
Features I noticed:-Chapters colored in red-top part of footnotes have references to other related scriptures-bottom part of footnotes show other possible or the literal meaning of a given word-My NKJV that this is 'replacing' as my primary bible had smaller text; so the bigger text in this one is nicer.-has some weight, but that could help if you need some self defense - I don't mind.-I use my own bible cover/case; it didn't come with one-has some golden color on edge of pages (wasn't expect that) - is a nice touch-words of Jesus not in red. I would prefer they were, but it's not a big deal to me.-The one column style is amazing.Human eyes are good at moving left-to-right, but less at up and down. That's why computer monitors are wider than they are tall.If you have a 2-column per page book; that's almost reason to buy for that alone!-The divine name is used (Yahweh) instead of LORD (in all upper case).Given that the prophets and the people of Israel literally said Yahweh,I find it more authentic to find it instead of LORD in the text.It also makes 'drier' books as Leviticus more readable and lively.Read the passage about Naaman the Syrian who said he would worship no god but Yahweh. It makes a difference.-Slave vs servant - some folks have noted that the United States and its 'stain' of the North American slave trade participation in its past should warrant that the word 'slave' for 'doulas' should not 'woodenly' be applied every place it is found.I guess with the way they translated it, you get a more literal understanding, where you can determine which degree to understand the word as, given the surrounding context.-has 2 bookmarkers (yay!)-clear, clear. crisp, juicy text!Other info:-I personally like using red colored lead pencils for underlining or making minor notes while studying-John MacArthur had part in this translation, for those of you who know who he is.-LSB is based off of the NASB 1995 translation.-Note that NASB 2020 introduced some changes that got some flack. The one I am aware of is changing terms to be more gender neutral. While that seems to help the modern reader, it erases certain biblical contextssuch as the male being the one to get the inheritance.-the LSB purchasing options as of July 2023 seem kinda limited to me; otherwise I may have bought the one with a leather instead of bonded exterior, but my outer bible case probably will do the job.One of my main reasons for getting this one over other options is"one column" and to not have extra large margins on the side (would make the bible bigger)-Since the LSB is kinda new, another reason I didn't buy the real leather is because it's possible the text could have a minor revision that I might feel like buying later; by then, there may be more print options too.blessings,Jesus Christ is King

One of the best Bibles I’ve Ever Had
I’m amazed by the quality of the book, leather, ink, thick gsm paper, but what really matter is what’s written.I have read every translation and this is my new favorite. First the single column really pops and makes every scripture so clear. The LSB translation is the most accurate in my opinion. It’s like a NASB95+.The copious reference and footnotes, laid nearly out towards the inner part of each page is organized so well. Just about everything possible to make Bible Study even more fun is in this.I highly recommend reading the Foreword & How To Use at the beginning. It’ll help you enjoy all the neat work they did with this even more so.This is now my primary Bible.

Perfect layout
This is a very well designed and well put together Bible. I find the inside referyeasy to use but it pushes the text out onto the flat part of the page. The font is large and easy to read. And it’s BLACK LETTER! I’m not a fan of red letter as it’s hard for me to read red for long periods. The Bible is thick but considering the quality of the paper and the single column layout it’s not so bad. It takes Pigma pens very well for marking and most highlights work. I really like this translation and the layouts they have are great. The cover feels nice and durable. I would recommend this Bible.

Great presentation of The Word
This version of The Word is awesome! Each page is so easy to read and use and faux leather is not bad. I really like the font, larger than I have used and is easier on older eyes.

Very nice edition to my Bible library
The Legacy Standard Bible is a beautifully made, easy to read edition of the Bible. It is not a study bible but there are plenty of helpful maps and a decent concordance. The type is large enough to read comfortably unlike many other Bibles.

Nice bible
Enjoyable, added to my collection. Font is a bit small but I do enjoy various bibles.

Love the LSB Bible
Nothing major wrong. However, I do believe the Bible I received was what the trade folks would call “imperfect”. I had to carefully cut apart two pages at the top right corner and the gold gilding was scratched in several places. From now on, I will purchase my Bibles directly from Steadfast.
