Highly recommended! I use these blankets on my sofa (and have one on my bed too). They are of a really good quality and very soft. My dogs are part of the family and I use these mainly as "protectors" for drink spillage as well as the occasional pet accident. Best of all for me, they don't slip. They wash and dry beautifully (DON'T use fabric softener!) And unlike a lot of others, they retain their waterproof quality.

Got for the pouch’s incase of accidents on the furniture, seems good quality nice and soft, a little expensive for what it is but I suppose it does have the water proof lining… which is yet to be tested.

I thought I’d test this blanket with a pint of warm water and it actually is waterproof! I even rubbed the water in and splashed it about it didn’t pass through at all

Using the velvet side down it sticks to my sofa well. It’s been washed and tumbled many times as my dog had an op and was bleeding quite a lot afterwards. Blood never came through but not tested for water spillage. Dries in half an hour in the tumble dryer, may take longer on the line as quite thick.

This was the third throw bought from this seller. The quality is excellent for the money and from experience with previously bought throws from this seller washes well. However, the colour did not match the previous two. It was very much darker - nearer to black than a mid grey. Disappointed as it stands out like a sore thumb against the other two.
