TORN!!! I really love this product as it has made a huge difference with my flashes, but now after a couple weeks I am now having very vivid dreams almost nightmarish! I can't tell you the last time I really remember anybody my dreams, but now 2 1/2 weeks into this I can't sleep some nights in my own bed!! The 1st one I remember is some man over me like pushing me over in my bed. I am divorced and currently not dating anyone. So I don't know, but I'm telling you it was like I could feel him. Tonight I just got 1 hour maybe and woke up convinced my ex husband was drunk in my bed! Damn I am gonna see if there might be something in it that I might be allergic too, but it's crazy! It works great for my hot flashes though! I am gonna reduce the amount and see if things subside!! I usually don't have problems with different meds or supplements! I hope I can fix this cause it does work!! So 4 stars for working on the Hot flashes, but had to take at least one away because of these nightmares! Maybe brain fog, but never had that before if anyone else has had brain fog please tell me I'm not crazy!

This stuff works pretty well to alleviate menopause symptoms, not 100%, but what it doesn't get rid of it reduces. However in my opinion it doesnt work well enough to warrant a price increase equal to almost one third of the original cost. I first purchased this 5 months ago for $35.23 which I honestly thought was over priced, month one you have to take 2 a day. Then 3 month's ago for the same price. Come back today to reorder and its $50 a bottle? Glad you are so proud of it, cuz you can keep it at that price.

I have been taking for over a month now and really the only difference I see is my legs don't cramp at night. I still have hot flashes and night sweats ,brain fog, and don't sleep well. I was on thyroid meds and the doc said I didn't need them. That's when I fell apart. They suggested I might have menopause symptoms, so it's the reason I purchased Menoxcel. I can't say this is a bad product. I can only say it didn't work well for me and I wouldn't order it again..thankyou

I purchased this product because I was having hot flashes too often and pretty severe night sweats. I took the caps as directed on the bottle until they were finished. I was feeling normal, had totally forgotten about hot flashes and didn't give it much thought. I did not re-order. Big Mistake! For the last few nights, I have been woken up by intense night sweats once again. I realize that I had just taken for granted what this product had been doing for me! It was working, and very well! I now have total faith in this product and highly recommend it.

I have only been taking this product for Four Days, I am 55 and started into menopause 7 years ago, the hot flashes, especially at night have been hard to endure, and lately they were getting worse. Since I started taking this product I have slept thru the night and NO and I mean NO hot flashes! I wake up feeling more rested and have more energy throughout the day! So far so good, I am excited to see how this works long term!

I have been taking this for about a month now. My mood swings are getting better. Hot flashes are not so intense. Can't really say it helped with my energy level. But over all it has helped ease the menopause symptoms

It helped a little. I still have hot flashes now an again. About 5 a day instead of all day. I was hoping i wasnt going to have any!! They can get really bad sweat light headed just very uncomfortable.

it's still only been 30 days' or so since I've tried this product but I'm still having hot flashes. I've even added that black cohosh vitamin with it and I"m still struggling... but I'm hopeful :)
