Our carbon monoxide detector went out in our RV. I found this on Amazon, and it was priced well below with the RV centers were charging. I ordered, got it the next day before 8 AM easy to wire and set up. We tested it and everything works.

This was a little bigger than the original one that came in our RV. It took a few minutes to enlarge the opening so that it fits flush to the wall. Once installed it appears to be working properly.

It was just what we needed. It was easy to install. It arrived quickly. It is working very well.

This monitor is an exact replacement for what was installed in my 2014 Thor Miramar 34.1. The original monitor entered "end of life cycle " on our recent camping trip. This unit was scheduled to arrive today between 1530 -1750. It arrived at 1540! Since it was an exact replacement simple wire stripping, attachment and install was done in 10 minutes. Mounting screw holes even matched OEM. For once a repair job went just like it should. BTW, this was nearly $30.00 cheaper and with quicker delivery time than i could get from a large "national" Canping W. company. The closest thing to a negative is the "end of life cycle". In the add it was stated replacement at 10 years, the manual that came with the monitor says 7 years. Only slightly disappointed with that information. THANKS!

Ours started beeping on day, didn't realize these expire after a few years. Got this ordered, and was pleasantly surprised. Worked great, easy install. Less than 5 mins later we were back up and running.

I ordered this because it was an exact replacement for the one that's gone bad in my RV. Installation was easy-peasy. However, the red propane light blinked continuously after installing, and the test button did not work. I waited for a while, thinking maybe it needs time to reset, but nope, never changed. Additionally, it's almost 2024, and the manufacture date on the detector was March 2021.*I returned the unit and had a replacement shipped out. I have yet to install it, but the manufacture date on the detector is October 2020. Kind of a bummer these all seem to have been sitting on a shelf for 3 to 4 years. I guess it's the price I pay for it being the only hard-wired CO2/Propane detector that will ship to my CA address.**UPDATEI have installed the "new" unit and it works. I have upgraded to 3 stars, as this unit is an exact replacement for my expired unit. Time will tell if it's any good, but so far so good.***UPDATE #2It has already stopped working, and I am right back where I was a year ago. I will replace it with a LP detector and use a smoke/CO combo separately.
