Hasbro Gaming The Game of Life: Super Mario Edition Board Game for Children Aged 8 and Up

This is a great family game (assuming there’s no more than 4 of you because there’s only 4 pieces). It’s less faff to play than standard game of life and without the money, career, children and pet elements it’s easier to set up and ultimately put away at the end. A love of Mario is probably needed or at least knowledge or some prior Mario play, otherwise I’m not sure you’d understand the boss defeat at the end. All in all highly recommend!

Basically game of life but with super Mario world theme, instead of having babies you collect stars by trading collected coins. Instead of retiring, your collected stars are to help you battle and defeat bowser. Defeat him and you win! Takes a little while so don’t expect a quick family game but it’s so much fun

Not much like the original, great for Mario lovers.
