I continue to purchase this tape and recommend it. I have gone through trial and error of many different kinds of KT tape over the years and found this tape to work the best for me. It adheres well and sturdier than genaric KT tape. It's more cost effective than name brands. I believe the design on it helps with its ability to do the job well.

The tape is precut so it's easy to manage. It stays on a few days without bunching up and it looks neat.

Taped medial collateral ligament while rehabbing an injury. Have been using various brands of these tapes. What I notice with particular brand is it adheres pretty well if there is no perspiration. So for day to day use it is pretty good as long as you do not intend to work out. After a 3 mile walk with a little sweating this tape had come unsecured and was falling off. Other brands including the kit brand do not seem to have this issue in my experience.

I learned from my PT doc, how to put it on, and it worked very well during an MCL injury recovery.

The color is what we expected, but since it is “pro” tape, we were expecting it to stick better. She swims, and we have used Mueller tape in the past, which adheres better without applying any sort of pre-adhesive. We use it on the shoulder, which also has straps that rub over the tape. We were also excited it was supposed to last about 7 days, which was supposed to be longer the the Mueller tape. We are only getting one meet out of the tape.

very supportive for bruised or injured parts of your body. At the price for the 3 rolls in a can, so easy. Tape up and go. Helps you move with minimal work and you have less pain. Great to keep in your first aid kit.

Good value, but they are so thin I have to use two (one over the top of another). Also, they’re difficult to peal off the paper, and the worst part... is they leave glue marks whenever you take them off that you have to scrub and pumice just to get the glue off of your skin. Would NOT purchase again and would NOT recommend these. Learned my lesson, you get what you pay for 🤷🏻‍♀️ (I’ve used many brands and these absolutely SUCK)

I have arthritis in both knees and an old injured ankle that are all taped up on a daily basis. I've tried a few tapes now including what would be considered budget ones, but nothing comes close to this stuff! It really is the best, the pre-cut strips are easy to apply and take the hassle out of always having to round corners off with a pair of scissors. Not to mention the brilliant adhesion! I can quite happily get a fair few days of wear out of this stuff, showers and swimming included!Don't let the price put you off, it's well worth it!
