Broken
Bought for my son for Xmas but in the process of returning it as it arrived broken. It wouldn't charge or come on. I was so upset and disappointed as it was one of his main presents and he loves star wars so much! Pain sending it back as I don't have a printer but you have to print the label yourself, there's no other options. The item itself was lovely and my son liked it. I purchased it in red and I think had it been working, it would have been a lovely light saber. Hence why I haven't given it 1 star.

Disappointing
Great item a little tricky to set up but once set up very good sadly not holding charge between uses suspect faulty b grade given price, just shows you get what you pay for

Absolutely fantastic
The media could not be loaded. The hilt is a work off Art , the smooth swing is like Silk . Awesome quality sounds , well made and beautiful quality, its definitely battle ready and starter light sabre to get you started ,its that good as you've seen in the video, I bought 2 Red and Gold 😁 very long when you put them together, so not really ment for living rooms as I smashed the lampshade lol. Ill do one in the back garden once it stops Raining , oh am not getting paid for this review. May the Force be with you .....

Very nice, could do with easier controls
I was very impressed when my sabre turned up to find that there is an impressive heft to it, no so much as to make it unwieldy or too much of a danger to its surroundings but enough to feel nice and solid in the hand. The manufacture and finish of the hilt is rather nice, quite shiny but without being mirror-finished so it won't show up blemishes, fingerprints etc. as badly as it might. I ordered the red pattern, which has a slightly satined finished to the metallic coloured parts, and it contrasts nicely with the black rest of the hilt. Attaching the plastic tube of the blade to the hilt is straightforward enough, just needing a minute or so with an Allan key (provided) and a couple of tiny threaded slugs which are rather too small and simplified to be called screws. My concerns with these are that a) they're reeeeally tiny and fiddly to use so might get lost (although there's one spare provided for a total of three), and b) they dig in to the plastic of the blade tube somewhat when tightened leaving quite visible impressions; not visible when active, but they'll likely build up around the tube over time if you detach and re-attach regularly.Operation relies on pressing the button different numbers of times to achieve different effects/enter different modes, which is fine in theory but can be a bit of a faff. Particularly where the colour-changing facility is concerned (which seems to have two different modes of operation on its own, one just flicking between distinct colours and the other rotating through presumably every combination the LEDs are capable of for a theoretically infinite range), it can be a little time-consuming to implement and might have benefited from some kind of app control given that the sabre needs to be connected to a computer (and *only computer) USB port for charging anyhow.Overall though, I'm really impressed and I suspect there are a bunch of features that I'll be discovering during use. It's already a hit with my four year-old, who so far has been prevented from damaging anything with it during a brief session...

Fun and colourful lightsaber
This Lightsaber comes with different colours and sound effects that bring a vivid and realistic combat experience and is the best gift for kids.It comes in 15 colours and 12 sound modes to choose from and can be switched depending on your preference. It combines special combat sound effects and flash modes that when swung, the sound effects change with the gravity of the swing.Furthermore, the hilt is made of aviation aluminum alloy that is comfortable and smooth for hand-holding. It is equipped with a type-C charging cable and a 2500mah battery that takes about 3-4 hours to charge. My son was the first one to try this out. He is having fun swinging it to change the colour and the sound effects. It was pretty much realistic, and gives you a different level of combatting experiences, even if he is playing it without an opponent. It is also well-constructed and thoughtfully made since the sound is of good quality, the colour is bright, and it responds quickly enough with the swing. My only concern is the battery, which doesn’t last for hours, so I wish this could be upgraded.Overall, I consider this an excellent gift, not only for my kids but also for my friends who want to throw a Star Wars party theme.

Good
Good and very cool looking. Great for cosplay or just for fun. Feels nice and strong. Takes long time to charge and battery doesn’t last a. Very long time. Wish the “blade” would insert more secure- with clip or twist perhaps.

Great for Star Wars fans
Great looking light sabre, the metal hilt feels really good to hold and definitely makes it feel more realistic. The sounds is makes are as authentic as you’re going to get unless your willing to pay hundreds of £’s.The motion control takes a little while to get the hang of but there is a button you can use as well to change the colour, sounds etc.Probably a little too expensive to buy the kids as a toy, it’s more suitable for role play and cosplay.Hope you found my review helpful
