I was taking dandelion root and nettle leaf as a diuretic, however, I was also experiencing increasing joint pain and leg cramps. I read up that the cause of this could be the diuretics taking water out of the muscle and joints so I stopped taking them which led to an improvement.What did make a noticeable difference was taking creatine which puts water into muscles. For me, this was a benefit as it led to no more cramps and less joint pain. It is not recommended to take creatine and diuretics combined as they can cause dehydration.
