We wanted a less expensive daybed so we didn’t have to worry about our dogs, the sun, or the pool water ruining the cushions. This met all our requirements. Follow the instructions when you are putting it together-it tells you to screw everything in to about 50% until the very last step. This allows for movement while you assemble which will prevent the issue that others had in the comments where the “holes didn’t align.” I love the flexibility in the piece: the center can pop up as a table, you could pull the center out, or you can separate the front 2 pieces into a bench. This makes it great if we are entertaining or want to put our fire table in the middle of the set. Great value for the money, love the bright color, and fits well in our space. Buy a good cover so it lasts-especially if you live in a sunny/rainy state.

So I’m not one to write reviews. But a lot of what you read here is true. Parts are difficult To line up, the instructions are very tiny and are unclear, I was missing a few #3 m6x25 allens necessitating a hardware store trip, and you probably need help in positioning while putting it together. Assembly for those who are proficient in this type of thing is long but not necessarily hard. It isn’t for the faint of heart for assembly rookies. Plan on spending a few hours at least and you’ll need a hand moving it not because of it being heavy but just making sure you don’t damage anything and its size. Once done I’m happy with it. I find it comfortable but as others said the cushions are on the thin side. You may also want to purchase a few extra throw pillows (it comes with 3).All in all it goes together and works. Just pack your patience.

The media could not be loaded. First of all, the general look is amazing and i believe we will enjoy it however it is pretty hard to assembly, my fingers are kind a hurts because of screwing, but it’s worth. Couldn’t figure out the parts on sun blind i guess they are for to hold it ? Still question mark cuz i coculdnt insert them in.. also i couldn’t connect them together with using plastic stuff i guess i need another person to help me out. I will try it though.

Package delivery is slow and multiple boxes come on separate days. You will need to be patient about delivery and check that all parts and boxes are not damaged and you have received all parts. I received everything yet it took a week for all package to arrive. Some of the boxes were damaged in transit, however all parts were not damaged.The instructions are just pictures with no actual written details. If you take it step-by-step these are okay. It helped to have another person holding the other side of the canopy while connecting.Overall the product is well made, comfortable and fun. My wife loves it and got some great larger pillows to make it super colorful and fun addition to the patio.

I prefer to speak with someone over the phone, no one respondsto my emails and theAmazon msgs take days.So now I'm posting publicly.I 've added caption to the video to Amazon msgs and to the seller's email but all they do is tell me it's "installation error, watch the YouTube video". the person assembling it builds for a living.... In the email i sent you all, i said"At the end I show where it's broken and I'm not sure if it's broken bc we watched your video when first assembling it so the A pole is mixed up...I don't know. But initially the A1 was aligned with b c d 1... but parts that had to be attached to the silver hydro pole thing COULD NOT REACH AT ALL. It wouldn't line up. So later on I watched your video and your video showed someone turning the 1 pole around .. so we did. Pole d c b a(at the front). AND AFTER YOUR VIDEO- B C d 4, a1 on the right.... b c d1 , a4 on the left.The silver pole and connecting piece on pole A 1 and 4 COULDNT NOT REACH/CONNECT AT ALL when it was ALL a b c d 1 on the left and a b c d 4 on the right AS INSTRUCTIONS INSIST.A pole is in the front/top and d pole is on the bottom/back.Why is my canopy only opening 3/4 of the way when assembled with your instructions and also after using tip from your video to change pole A around. I'm not the only one to say the canopy isn't fully open and I've seen reviews say your video shows installation backwards.Help me please. And replace the 2 parts needed to enjoy my canopy/ bed fully please." Paying over 700.00 for smethn that isn't functioning properly after following your instructions AND ALSO your tip/ YouTube video is NOT OK!

It's not a decent item to sleep on unless you like a mass of sections to keep you comfy 😞 and if your a midget you would be comfy to sit on it 😀 it's hard not soft

Was easy to put together. The cushions are a bit thin & not as water resistant as I had intended. Have only had this piece for a few weeks & already made so many summer time memories

It was a little difficult to put together but the outcome is amazing. Love everything about this lounge bed.

Sincèrement, je leur donne un 12 sur 10, ils ont été d'une gentillesse et d'une efficacité hors du commun à répondre à mon besoin. Si vous devez acheter un produit d'eux, n'hésitez même pas!

This is long but I wish I’d known some of this in advance so I’m hoping this will help someone. Once it’s put together this is a nice looking set of patio furniture but getting there is the trick.I doubt that any other brand of this style is any easier to put together - and I bet if you’re a very handy type of person this is probably not terrible. From other reviews I knew the instructions were just pictures so I made sure to watch the video in the product listing a bunch of times and I’d recommend that to anyone who has never put one of these together. Be sure to pause it when you see words flash onto the screen so you can read what it says. The largest rod supporting the canopy is inserted upside down in the video and then they show you how to correct it so just watch that part so you don’t insert it upside down in the first place. I took screenshots so at least I knew we’d get that part right when we got to it.Some of the screw holes don’t line up well for the furniture. Some screw holes were slightly covered by rattan so we pushed the rattan back. A couple of screw holes weren’t drilled in well enough so we couldn’t insert the screws 100%. A couple of the rods for the canopy didn’t fit properly inside one another - very close but they wouldn’t connect so I used a heavy duty metal nail file to shave some off and that worked. That section will probably be a lot more prone to rust but at that point I didn’t care anymore.Make sure to have a flashlight if you’re doing this indoors - a headlamp or lantern helps. And you’ll need a drill with a Phillips bit for the screws for the canopy rods. A screwdriver won’t cut it. They supply the Allan wrench and all the other screws and nuts etc.Two people minimum are needed for this job but we had three and that’s probably best because two people had to push and then hold pieces together while the third dealt with the screws multiple times. Another weird issue was the underside of the ‘couch’ portion. Both portions of seating need to be connected on the underside - two screws on each side with two metal brackets spanning across both sides, holding those screws together/ pulling both sides together. We got one screw per side and one bracket and it was already installed closer to the backrest. If this happens to you, just remove what’s on there and move the bracket and two screws toward the front of the underside of the seat because that’s where they’ll help the most. Yes I know this probably isn’t worded the best but if this happens to you, you’ll know what I’m talking about.These cushions have removable covers but we got black because it’s the safest bet. We also got a cover for this to help prevent fading and protect against weather.This took us about 4 hours in total to put together. It was tense at times. We put it together inside the house and it was easy enough to move outside afterward. Individually the pieces aren’t heavy and moving this around on a wood deck is simple for one person.The seat cushions are thin as I’ve read in other reviews but I’m fine with it. They also do slide on the rattan. I’m using strong Velcro tape to help with that.Knowing all this, I’d still purchase this again. It was a decent price and once it’s completed it a nice set. It’s just a lot of work. Good luck.

One box was late coming but it's here now and the seller was good to deal with. The product looks great! Putting it together today and will ad a photo. So this will be day three putting it together, I had to have a special power driver made with two extensions to assemble this. I like it but I would not recommend it if you dont have help to put it together. No way one person can do this, some of it yes, but the main part with the backing, definitely not. Im going to be honest and say you can not put this together with the alen wrench provided, you would wreck your hands. That being said I would say building your own power tool works pretty well. The other thing is when you unbox it make sure you tape the letters on the parts as they fall off then you are hooped. You think you can just do it by eye but dont try it as taking it apart to put it back together is not fun. Lol. All in all I like this item, goes really well in my garden with the hot tub. Even with the time it takes to assemble it I still give it a thumbs up.

Dear goodness this product looks nice but the construction of it nothing meets up you practically have to redo the whole thing yourself nothing lines up pieces are broken hard to put together ridiculous price for the construction of this piece too bad it's very nice looking very upset with the whole putting together save your marriage and your stress try a different product!

Super disappointed… Very poor quality. The cushions slide all over. I found the material is rough and the cushions are very thin. We also were missing a part so we couldn’t even put up the canopy… Had to contact the company the support live chat was horrendous. Instructions were also very poor. Will be returning this. Not what I expected.
