I recently had a bad experience trying to order a purse online through a different big box store. The purse looked good in the photos, but when I received it, the item was already peeling. I instantly returned it. So when I received this purse that I ordered from Amazon, I was extremely pleased with what I received. The purse color looks very similar to the photos listed for the product. The quality seems to be great and much better than I would expect for the price. I love the wide strap and the fact that I can change it to the thinner option if I want it to look a tad dressier. For the size it really does hold everything that I need it to. It's the perfect medium size cross body purse.

It’s pretty decent quality. The zippers are actually not the greatest but I don’t really use those. It’s cute. I get compliments on the strap. It holds a good amount of stuff. I would buy it again.

I had been looking for a purse but couldn't quite make up my mind. I kept going back to this purse so I though I would give it a try. I'm so glad that I did. It is a beautiful purse, well-made, plenty of room and I love the coffee color. I would recommend this to anyone and would certainly purchase again.

This is what customer service should look like!I absolutely love these bags including the material, size and colors but, I purchased my last one in March and the seams on the top of each corner are coming loose. As much as I love it, I expected it to last longer. I can't find an option to contact the seller.

I bought the cream color with brown piping, and it is stunning!! I bought it to travel with, as I have to carry medications with me at all times. All of it fits on the bottom of the purse, and my wallet fits neatly on top. There is a pocket inside for my makeup with a zipper, and another open pocket for hand sanitizer, tissues and sunscreen. There is an outside pocket with a snap for my phone, and another outside pocket with a zipper for things I need to access quickly. The wide strap is SO comfortable worn as a cross body bag, or just on the shoulder. It also comes with a narrow, faux leather strap for dressy occasions. I haven't loved a bag this much in a very long time. I might be buying more of them!!!

Love the look of this purse, I use it every day! I chose the darker brown colour, the shade is so nice and goes with everything. Having two straps to choose from is a great touch but I mostly use the wider knit strap because it gives more boho vibes. It’s very structured, I’ve had it for a while now and it shows no signs of wear. Well worth the price! Received many compliments. I usually buy a larger purse but was tired of lugging around something so heavy, I’ve found this to be the perfect size. I can still carry my wallet and other things in the multiple little compartments and I honestly prefer it for size and comfort.

Love the over body strap. The purse is roomy without brig too large. Just the right size. It has a an outside snap pocket perfect for phone and keys. And I like the color.
