So far I've made approximately 7-10 of these recipes and my husband and I have liked them all. The recipes are easy to follow and for the most part not too excessive in the number of ingredients. Although some do have a lot of different fresh herbs and vegetables and when you're only using a small quantity of each it can be wasteful and expensive. I would have liked a better way to group my weekly menu with overlapping ingredients to cut down on the variety of items needed making it more cost effective and less wasteful.I think this is the best calorie conscious cookbook I've used, the food doesn't seem "diety" and the portion are satisfying.

These recipes are FANTASTIC. Delicious and easy to prepare. There are only 2 of us so the extra portions we set aside for another meal. I've tried alot of things i thought were going to be just okay and they really surprised me. We made adjustments to a couple of recipes but not enough to upset the calorie balance.

It is a nice book but if you have the other 400 calorie books I would not waste my money. If you don't have the other books this one is great!

I haven't got to try any recipes yet but they look good and i'm excited to try them. My issue is the book itself came in not very good condition even though i ordered it new. Its falling apart and i just got it today :( very sad.

I bought this book on a whim and was impressed by how easy and delicious all of the recipes where, I've cooked a lot of recipes out of this book lately [mostly from the vegetarian section] and haven't been disappointed.

Love the recipes! Glad I added this one to my collection. Hasn't failed me so far! Plus, the price was so much more than worth it for the trove it contains.
