Bought these for my Husband to help with restless legs and sleep. Good quality packaging. Easy to take tablet as it’s nice and round. They seem to be helping (we are 3 weeks in)

Have worked wonders and Magnesium Oxide doesn't cause me an allergic reaction.
I noticed a difference in my energy levels straight away. In my 50s now I have struggled with fatigue for quite a few years now. One can eat the right things and still not get enough nutrients due to poor digestion and/or bad absorption in the intestinal system I found taking Probiotics for a month helpful, high dose Vitamin C by Healthaid, as well as high dose B12 but it just wasn't the same. It would appear the combination of the right vitamins together with magnesium does the trick for me. Most Magnesium supplements provide Magnesium in the citrate form which can cause people sensitive to lemons and oranges, with IBS, with digestion related allergic reactions such as severe diziness, or with acid reflux problems. Finally one I can take.

THESE REALLY WORK
I do not take Vitamin B from food very well. Countless blood tests say I am a bit low. I bought these and the cracked mouth, ulcers, fatigue etc all gone within a week. If I stop taking them it all comes back.I have tried other things, but nothing has worked as well as this. On it for life I think!!

Great for twitchy knees
I use these regularly. For what I can describe as twitch knees, which often happens in the evening and can affect my sleep. Taking one in the evening seems to solve this, for me.
