Bad packaging, don't buy.
Every mint was delivered crushed to the point of being unedible :( really a shame. They smelled good though, so I guess that's something. It was sent in a very slightly padded envelope, I'm assuming that was what caused the major crush.

Nothing like the ones Brach's used to make.And that anyone would sell 14 oz package instead of a full pound seems a cheap way to stretch the product.
