Love this lamp. It has many settings for therapy, reading, and task work. Love that you can adjust height of lamp and the base is heavy. The lamp is compact and takes up little space.

Love the heights option by excluding one section. Small but mighty. Love the natural light and knowing it’s better for health of mitochondria

Works as expected

No remote. I specifically asked twice if a remote was included. I was told it came with a remote. It does not. This has been a waste of time and I still do not have what I need.

It being therapy light. It’s not bright enough for task light either. Disappointing

I definitely believe in light therapy, as it has been helpful for me for over two decades living in cold and dark climates. Once I figured that out, I realized just using it a few times a month kept me out of a funk. Many years ago I was doing tanning beds a few times a month, but now over 40 I realize that was quite a mistake without having to explain why. Lol. I have tried so many types of units and have many different ones, and this is actually probably my favorite one yet because I'm not so limited on where I need to sit. Most of these units need to sit on a desk or stand, and you need to be sitting right next to it, and that's super irritating when I don't want to sit in those types of places. I love being propped up in my bed watching shows, and this lab works perfectly to just place on my side and manipulate the lamp on top to place it where I need it. Anyway, it arrives in a few pieces, and I didn't even need directions to set it up. The base is incredibly heavy which is perfect so you don't need to worry about it tipping over or bumping it and it will stay put easily I was very impressed with that feature, and I am sure glad they made it extremely heavy. The gooseneck light top can go in any direction you would like. There are numerous settings with different colors as well as color intensities including a timer. It's actually incredibly bright on the highest setting which I wasn't sure it would be because of how small the lamp is. You can also use it as a regular lamp to light up the room or use as a reading lamp. I just would not use this later in the day, because anytime I do it keeps me up all night and I'm too stimulated. The only thing I don't love about it is the cord for the unit is near the top so it's quite an eyesore especially when it's plugged in. I took it all apart and was hoping I could thread it through the bottom so it went through the tube and did not come out until the very bottom, unfortunately the end part is a little bit too big to fit through but it would have been pretty close. If they had an updated model with a different cord that fit through it, it would be even better so you don't see a white lamp with a striking black cord getting pulled to the outlet (I ordered the white version). Besides that, I'm really happy with this. If you do this consistently, it is life-changing, and make sure you are taking high quality vitamin D. The newest thing is having a combo of vitamin D,A, and K2 which absorbs better according to my recent research as it doesn't seem like plain vitamin D is doing it, but I'm not an expert and just educating myself and trying different supplements.

This is a pretty cool lamp. Assembly was a breeze -- it took all of 5 minutes and it works as advertised. The touch controls operate smoothly, and according to the box, it uses only 12W of electricity (which my electric bill will definitely appreciate).I ordered this because my sleep cycle has gotten totally messed up working from home for 2-1/2 years. I read lots of articles on light therapy. Legitimate sources claim it works, so here's hoping!PROS:- 5 brightness levels, from quite dim to very bright (but not blinding)- 5 color temperatures (see photos for the effect of different colors on the wall)- Uniform light from entire head: if you look directly at the lighted area (which is probably not something anyone would do often), you can see the individual LEDs, but there were no dead LEDs and the overall light appears solid and uniform- Basic on/off function *or* touch the bottom button to set off time to 30 or 60 minutes- Build quality seems good; comparable to a similarly priced floor lamps from a lighting store- Pretty nice-looking, in a modern sort of way- Goose neck is very flexible and holds its position well- Tiny blue light comes on when the light is turned off, making it easy to find the lamp in the dark- Reasonably priced: $109.99 (after applying $20 coupon) at time of order, but still a good value at $129.99CONS:- The power cable attaches to the control box at the top of the lamp, so you're going to have a really ugly black wire hanging down from the top. (I used black Velcro ties to neaten it up a bit, but the wire is still noticeable.)- The "memory" function only controls the color temperature -- when you turn on the light, it remembers the last color, but starts at the lowest brightness setting, so you have to touch the button four more times to get to the brightest level.- There is no indicator for brightness or color temperature, so you're pretty much guessing what setting you're on. (If you want it on brightest, you need to count to 5 as you touch the top button; if you touch it a 6th time, the light turns off and you have to start over.)- The touch buttons are not raised or recessed, so unless you're actually looking at it, it's easy to think you touched the button when you didn't (which totally messes up your counting). Not a big deal, but somewhat annoying.Note: Once assembled, the height of the lamp is not adjustable; the only way to get the 3 heights advertised is to remove one or two of the base poles.Even with the cons listed above, I think this is really nice lamp. Hopefully, the "light therapy" will be beneficial, but even if it isn't, this is a decent-looking, extremely versatile reading lamp.4 stars.

This gets all of my body because it's not on a table and is high. Easy to get put together out of the box. I will need to see if I notice any help in my "mood". It's a great idea though.

The different colours and intensities are perfect to adjust during the day or night. Height and ability to adjust it is perfect too.

A product like this is a wonderful thing to have when you are starting to feel the Blues from being in the dingy Darkness for too long. This is a wonderful gooseneck Style floor lamp that has a metal body a plastic base and a plastic head. The UV free LED light that this lamp produces is not only safe for yourself but for your kids and pets as well as it does not produce any heat or nasty side effects from the Sun. You have the option of five different color choices and you can write and dim this as you wish and you can also adjust how tall this lamp is with three height choices. This is a very customizable lamp that looks lovely in your living room and you would never think it was anything but a standard reading lamp. Exposure to this kind of pure LED light is definitely key to an enhancing your mood and cheering you up on a great day. You can set this lamp on a timer as well so if you happen to fall asleep it will shut off on its own. This is a great purchase and a wonderful idea that would make an awesome gift for anyone this up and coming holiday. Definitely recommend.
