All the features you could think of!
A disclaimer first:1. I'm not a pro photographer. Photography is my hobby (one of many).2. This is my first "real" tripod, so I don't have a baseline for comparison. That said, this tripod seems to tick all the boxes:- it is relatively light (just over 1.5kg)- but suppose to support 10kg load (tried it with about 5 kg load - no problem)- is compact- can be turned into monopod- has 180 degree adjustable centre column- centre column can be reversed (gives a bit more stability than 180 degree flip)- legs move 180 degrees, so you can get your camera to the ground level (worm eye view)- has attachable hook for extra weight to increase stability- has rubber and spike feet- has extra thread for "helping hand" attachment- is inexpensiveA few drawbacks:- It has twist lock mechanism. I prefer latch mechanism, as it is a bit faster to extend the legs. It is just a preference, the twist lock works just fine and supports the weight with no issues.- Although it has spike feet - they are attached by unscrewing rubber ones and screwing on spikes. Vanguard for example has rubber feet with spikes inside and spikes can be retracted by twisting the feet. It is only a drawback if you need to change the feet on the go.- When centre column is extended up all the way - there is a bit of a of a shake. From what I see and read, there is a bit of a camera shake with any tripod and I do not know if Benro shakes more or less then others. It might be that it is "normal" amount of shake. I do macro, so shake is very noticeable. I'm sure it is negligible for landscape photography.- It lacks rubber/foam grips on the legs, so might not be so comfortable to use in cold conditions.I've only used it in couple of test situations so far and I'm happy with it. Hopefully it's sturdiness will not degrade with time as I would be pressed to find another tripod with the set of features at this price point.

Highly recommended
I spent a long time looking at all the many alternative tripods for my Fuji XT3 & 80mm macro lens. I wanted versatility and durability in a reasonably priced tripod that didn't weight too much. It arrived yesterday and so far I am absolutely delighted with my new Benro FGP18A. It was packaged well, is of excellent quality and has more features than I've ever seen on a tripod! The supplied case is of good quality, and it comes with a strap, basic instructions, changeable rubber and steel feet, a hook for stabilising with added weight and an allen key. The tripod fits nicely when inverted, and everything works faultlessly.I have used Manfrotto for years, but wanted an upgrade that had a central column that could enable me to take macro shots in all sorts of positions. This tripod is extremely versatile and manoeuvrability of the camera is incredibly easy. I spent a few hours taking photos with my variously positioned camera and lenses, and found that everything was intuitive and straightforward. I am very impressed with every aspect of my new tripod, and there aren't any issues or features that aren't well thought out and designed. The quality is excellent too, and it looks perfectly matched with my Benbo B1 head. All in all I would highly recommend this tripod, and although it took me a while to choose manufacturer and model, this tripod fits the bill perfectly.

Very sturdy tripod
The tripod itself is very light and small enough that it's easy to carry around. It's very firm, I've done long exposures with a telephoto lens and not had issues with shaking. It's really versatile too with the way the central pole can fold outwards which helps if you need the camera looking down over what you're doing.

First class professional tripod
This is the second truly professional tripod I have owned and used. It is really portable and does all you would want it to. Whilst some would say the downside is no head is supplied, this gives you the choice of which head you want - or need. Everything is supplied in one travelling case - including carry handle, shoulder strap, and tools. The carry case has room for extra bits in two pouches, and you can fit a head inside the case alongside the tripod. You can remove one leg to make a monopod. I did look at the carbon fibre version, but I could not justify the price. Well worth the money and should last years.

Sturdy and reliable Tripod
Used for photography and videography. Sturdy. Some knobs required a littleeee more tightening than others but it isnt loose by any means.Wish they came with a snap plate up top but I had to get the seperately. But very versatile and still seeing the little quirks it has!

Ideal for light camera work
Very light and very useable, I wanted a lighter tripod for my macro photography. I suffer with horrendous shakes so have to use a tripod and remote shutter release. This was an obvious choice as I have one of its big brothers. For the price it was perfect.

Very pleased with this great light tripod.
Love this tripod. Spent ages trying to decide what was the right combination of all the capabilities of the multitude of tripods on the market right now but so happy I went for this one. While a long way fromthe cheapest it provides all the versatility you could need in a robust but light package. Nice padded bag that is big enough to fit tripod and maybe a couple of different heads if you need. Love the monopod option too.
