I took my time to find good quality chairs for our kitchen island. Even trying Local stores But I really love Amazon & the quality of these and the versatility of the colors were impressive. The sturdiness really impressed me as well as the comfort. Make sure you measure your counter height or barstool height to make sure purchase the right size height for your space. One key feature was the swivel. Everyone loves a good swivel.. It’s a hit with the adults and the kids. Easy assembly. Would definitely recommend. It arrived quickly & in great condition. Great value for the quality durability functionality. We bought 3! Great find!

This chair is very sturdy , it has the look of class . Complements any kitchen island , its the perfect height. The price is very reasonable,,and it stands out once you walk into your kitchen. The swivel aspect of it is a plus . I would highly recommend.Assembly was not difficult,

We love these chairs! After first one the rest were easy to put together. The creamy grey is perfect for our kitchen and fit around the table as well as island. Quality made with sturdy components and made for comfort!

Rating for the chairs alone is a four, only because items were not fully assembled. Four legs and four crossbars had to be assembled and connected to chair. It was moderately hard but mostly time-consuming.The chairs are really beautiful and seem sturdy. They are well cushioned and fairly comfortable with plenty of seating room. They swivel nicely with just the right amount of effort. I have only had them for a few days so am unable to know how they will hold up to wear, etc.Rating for delivery is a big fat zero! FedEx delivered them to the wrong address. I contacted fedex and all they would say was that it had been delivered, and all they would do is tell me to contact the seller. It was not the sellers fault or problem. That belonged to fedex alone. What I had to do (and it was a lot of trouble) was drive around the neighborhood and search for the package. I did find it and it was delivered to the right number but the wrong street. Go figure. The box was extremely heavy and I (weighing 107 lbs) could only scoot it but not lift. I asked one of my neighbors to help me load it, and he couldn't lift it either. He called for more help and together they were able to load it into my car. The homeowners were not home so I explained to them through their video doorbell what had happened. I only hope the other neighbors didn't think I was stealing the package. An unpleasant experience except for the kindness of others willing to help. If I had known fedex was in charge of delivery, I would not have ordered as this same thing has happened before at another address. I am use to amazon delivery which is spot on every time. Btw, the stools were well packed and secure with all parts inside.

I don’t usually write reviews, but these stools are well made, heavy and beautiful. The creamy gray is more beige than gray, but still looks great at my island.

I was reluctant to order these bar stool because it is a frequently returned item. I’m glad I took a chance. They are easy to assemble, sturdy, and color is spot on. Beautiful addition to my kitchen.

We bought 4 of these stools in retro gray, after debating for a month whether to buy them online. I was hesitant because I was afraid there may be an issue and some of the reviews weren't complimentary when they had to reach out for help.Let me start by saying we love the color and they are very comfortable! I love the metal trim and they seemed to be made well. We have downsized to a smaller home so we intent to also use these stools for when the family or friends come over for extra seating to watch tv, entertaining, etc.Out of the 4, we DID have an issue with one of the seats rocking. I reached out to the company and they immediately offered to send us a new swivel mechanism for us to replace. I explained that it was my educated guess that that was the problem and I wasn't really interested to try to take the stool all apart and hope that the piece would fix the problem. My husband took another look at it when I told him their response and he could see a bolt not screwed in all the way but not in an easy place to reach. With some needle nose pliers he was able to manipulate the screw in much further and now it doesn't rock.I contacted the company told them he was able to do this and we didn't need a replace. I did ask them to keep a record of our conversation incase it is a short term fix.

These are well made counter chairs and comfortable too. They were packaged well and all the parts were there. We received them fairly quickly. The instructions to assemble them are clear and concise. However, it took us over an hour to assemble the first one. It would have helped if we had an electric screwdriver. The second chair assembly took less than half the time after we figured out how to speed things up.
