Does the job at dying my hair but it is messy
The product comes with a plastic cape and gloves. It is very messy. You pump down and two liquids come out then you mix them and shampoo into your hair. It is messy and will stain your hairline if you aren't careful. I left mine in for about 15 minutes. Doesn't mess up my shower as much as regular black hair dye. It doesn't smell as bad as black hair dye. It leaves my hair softer than hair dye. Doesn't stain my scalp as much as regular black hair dye. We'll see how much use I get out of the bottle (how many times I can dye it). My hair is a little over shoulder length and I pumped at least a dozen times to get enough to do my whole head. We'll see how long the shampoo dye lasts. Regular dye lasts about 3 weeks. This really smells a lot better than regular hair dye though. No funky stank. I used regular conditioner after rinsing out this shampoo. I wish I would have taken before and after photos because this really did a great job covering all my grays.

Do not buy this
This product is horrible. I am not new to dying hair. I have used a variety of products from bleach to henna and this is by far the worst thing I have ever put in my hair.It is full of heavy metals. After following the directions exactly I noticed that the product almost immediately began to warm and harden on my hair. This was a red flag. so I washed the product out after just 5 minutes and my hair was breaking off. The majority had to be cut. I am still cutting the last of the damage out months later.There is absolutely nothing natural about this product.

Easy to use
Staring to have some gray hair here and there. Thinking it's not necessary to go to salon for it.Not I'm professional on this but it works.
