A blessing to my feet.
I can't express how much I love this foot spa. As someone who suffers from neuropathy, soaking my feet in this minimizes so much of the pain in my feet. It took a little getting used to the massage part. The only way to describe that feeling was it hurt so good. The heat feels so amazing. This product is a lot cheaper that going to a nail and foot salon. I would most definitely recommend to people who spend the majority of their day on their feet and people like me with neuropathy. Excellent product!!

Mixed feelings about this..
I have never used one of these but always wanted one because sometimes my feet get so cold that I can't warm up. It's the same when my feet get hot and I can't cool down. I tried it out after I had taken my morning shower so my feet weren't cold. I filled it up with warmish water. I used it for 30 mins which is what they suggest. After 10 mins I started noticing more heat. After 20 mins it was getting quite warm and probably how I would like it with really cold feet to start with, though they may be tingling from the temperature change. At 30 mins my feet were overly warm, almost hot. I expected to find red feet after removal from the water, but they weren't. That surprised me. Some issues I have with this foot bath are: (1) The orange thing in the center which they call a pill box or medicine box gets hot, too hot to rest your feet on. (2) You can do minimal rolling in this sized tub. I wasn't sure I would actually like rolling my feet on the rollers but they were okay. The problem is, if you want to roll your feet, you really need a tub much bigger. Your feet get crunched in front as well as in the back. (3) One of the legs that holds it up kept coming down. Not a super big issue but a little annoying. (4) When I tried to turn it off when I was finished, I couldn't get it to turn off so had to unplug it. (5) I found no water level markings, though it said not to overfill it. (6) The instructions were in extremely small print. I had to use a magnifying glass to read them and they are very repetitive. Final comments: I don't think I will be using this to warm my feet. I think I would prefer a smooth tub without the rollers. It's just not that comfortable. I am trying to think of what I could use this for and thought maybe soaking my hand wash laundry in it...? Anyway.. what I did really like in the end, was how my feet felt when I was all done. I always lotion my feet before putting my socks on and my feet felt super soft and smooth...unexpected surprise! It took 45 mins before I wanted to put my shoes on because my feet felt pretty warm that long. I can't compare this to other brands because I have no previous experience but I thought it was worth 3 stars.

Feels great, very relaxing
I am enjoying this folding portable foot spa so much. I have always wanted one, but I don’t have a lot of room to store it, so I though this collapsible spa would be perfect for me. It is very easy to unfold and it has a bracket on each side to keep it sturdy in the unfolded position. The tub is nice and deep and has two plastic rollers on each side and a bubble strip in the center. There is also a small square orange insert in the center that the instructions call a medicine box. I have no idea exactly what this is for, and there is no other explanation of what it is, which I thought was strange. I added lukewarm water from the tap and plugged it in. The on/off switch has a waterproof covering over it and is easy to turn on and off. The instructions said there was a minimum and maximum line for adding water, but I could not find anything marked on the unit, so I used the bottom fold line for the minimum and the top fold line for the maximum. The heating element works very well and is located in the front center of the unit, so you do have to be careful not to touch it with your feet which are on either side of it. The water remained nice and warm the whole time I used it which was about 15 minutes. I liked the rollers and was able to get a nice massage by rolling my feet back and forth, but I should note that I have small to medium size feet. I wear a women’s size seven and I think that people with much larger feet would probably not be able to roll their feet back and forth due to lack of room. The rollers are removable for people who just want a soak, which is a nice feature. Once I was finished, I turned the unit off and unplugged it and was able to carry it to the sink using the fold down handle, to empty it out. I cleaned the inside and let it sit out for a few hours to fully dry before collapsing it and putting it away. I think this is a great way to treat your feet to some self-care and it would also make a wonderful gift.

Good size!
Easy to set up and use. Read cautions very carefully. It's very safe, but you need to be mindful of any appliance when water is used. Very relaxing, but be careful if you have low blood pressure already.

Dirty
This foot bath arrived dirty and looked like it had been used. I didn’t even test it out because I was grossed out.

poor quality
This was a little awkward to open and set up. Also, the white part was yellow. I'm would suggest finding another brand.
