If i take this like i do with other brands i get hallucinogenic effects the moment i close my eyes. You will loose sleep. This only applies if you have caffeine and or chocolate within 3 hours of consuming it either before or after. So if yoy are going to use this i recommend no caffeine. chocolate and alot of teas have caffeine this include decaf coffee as it still has traces of caffeine.they literally just wash the beans to take away some of the caffeine. Stick to herbal teas, juice, water and electrolyte based drinks with thia one. I ended up missing out on working the one day as it started to affect my nervous and muscular system. Try highly erratic muscle spasms so bad you can't control your own body. I almost punched the wall while laying down in bed to allow it to wear out of my system. I had yoohoo and black tea before bed when i took it the first time. I was advised no chocolate or caffeine. apparently my younger half sister had the same problem with it a while back. If you don't mind being on a psychedelic trip to the point you can't sleep when you consume chocolate or caffeine with the product then it's fine. This is the only brand i have experienced this issue with. Other than this issue and the fact it leaves me tired most of the following day after a non caffeine backed intake it is a decent product.If the issues i didn't have to avoid caffeine when taking it and the lathargic day after i probably would have given it 5 stars. Also the psychedelic effects gave me the munchies. I guess i know know the power of being high and having the munchies. Instead of drugs its meletonin 😂😂😂😂 the trip was so powerful it was nauseating. It was interesting to say the least. If i couldn't decide on 3 or 4 stars. It gave a decent laugh so i gave it 4 stars.

These are tiny, great for anyone who struggles taking meds. They are effective. I am confused though because mine take a long time to dissolve. They taste really good for about 45 seconds & then it tastes like a regular pill melting in your mouth. So I just take them like a pill & it avoids the whole issue. I will still be re-purchasing.

Tastes way to tart for my liking. There is a lot of tablets in this bottle though. If you don’t mind chewable before bed, go ahead and order this.

Doesnt work

Will really knock you out lol, 12mg is a lot of melatonin so only take this when really need to get a long night of good sleep, otherwise super groggy the next day. But love the little bottle it comes in and it’s cute to take with you on trips as such. Nice flavor, too. -wife’s review
