It does look like the photo but it's very thin leather (pig skin) and the buttons are a chrome plastic that will not last. If you have quality black buttons put on it would look better.

Q: I read in a review someone returned it. Can I return this if it does not fit or looks bad on me? Is it free or else how much would it cost?

Yes, you can, they run very small I had to return and get the largest they make. Also the buttons are cheaply made I'm going to have mine professionally replaced, one brke almost immediately. But other than that it's a good coat.

Q: Is the coat waterproofed

No it's not, but it's easy enough to do yourself, I did. The buttons are kinda cheap once one breaks replace them all, but that being said, the leather coat itself is excellent workmanship.

Q: My height is 5’11”. What size will be good for me.

The coat is quiet Long,i would say medium size for your height, i'm 5'9"and got a medium size'it fit well with a little extra.but you also should consider your weigh and as i weigh 150 lbs the medium fit with not much extra room.
