Directions are worthless, but YouTube is your friend.
These look awesome once installed. Watch Grouchy Mustache Man on YouTube to help install. Overall, it took me around 4hrs to install both running boards.

looks great
update,I just installed these and tried to upload a video of installing one of the sides but it's not uploading. Install wasn't horrible, it was bad and took some time but if you can put rivnuts in you should be just fine. It took me some googling to figure out how the rivnut tool works they send with you, it just takes a lot of torque. If you can find a place or if the dealership that would install them for $300 or less i'd have gone that route but didn't even try. I could probably do both sides in 3 hours now, but took me around 7 trying to figure stuff out, and fix little issues that came up.I just unboxed the product and found that 6 of the nuts are missing, I have not been able to find a way to contact anyone and i'm not returning the whole thing because of 6 nuts, so I will have to go to the hardwared store to buy them. I don't think install will be that bad the instructions I got are fairly good and there are also instruction that I downloaded from the MOPAR site since these are basically the same. The rails themselves are good quality.I will update once installed.

Terrible Instructions
The product itself is nice and looks good on the car. The main issue I had was that the Instruction manual was TERRIBLE, with no guidance whatsoever. The tool supplied to put rivet nuts in the body of the car was cheaply made, and really only was good for a few of the 14 holes before wearing out (soft metal). Some of the rivet nuts were slightly different in size and had to be forced in the existing holes on the frame of the car. I tried going to the product website, and that also was useless for help on instillation.

Little hard to install, but looks amazing
These took a really long time to install, as the instructions were nonexistent. But with the help of Youtube, I was able to install these and they work great on my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L.

good looking product
Love how the steps look on my jeep, steps help me get in and out of my car. Installation was not easy, definitely need to watch a video or 2 on it. Would buy again! But would get third party to instal for me this time!

No Directions; A lot of pieces
I've installed running boards on 3 previous vehicles; usually, it's a fairly self explanatory process. These boards came with more screws and pieces than I've seen before... and absolutely no directions.

Instructions Please
There are no instructions and there is no video on the product page, so installation isn’t very fun. They should at least include an installation video. Between Google, YouTube and prior installations you might be able to get these installed, but installed properly is anyone’s guess. They look great and really do add a nice aesthetic to the vehicle. I just think that for this price you should be told/shown how to properly install them.
