Mostly that the regular polish is matte and may need clear coat ontop

I am disappointed in this polish. The nail polish appears matte and dull. I shook it very well and still dull. It doesn't let me return or at least half refund. I have not tried the gel polish yet, but the regular polish also comes put patchy. The color is beautiful, I recommend adding a clear coat ontop.
