Do you think the paper is suitable for watercolor?

No it’s not thick enough, I’d say it’s almost like a regular notebook

It is a light off-white cream color. The pages are fairly thick as well. I have been happy with the book myself & thought of purchasing another one to put on the shelf until I need it.
