Catalyst Essential Case for AirPods Pro (2nd Generation) Impact Protection, Fast Charging, Premium Soft Silicone, Wireless Charging and USB-C Compatible, one-Piece Design case (ink)

I bought some new AirPods and know what a difference having a good protective case makes - I’m not the most careful person with my things. I’ve had this type of waterproof case before and like the design - it stops the case opening by mistake when in a bag or pocket. This case is more expensive than others that I’ve bought previously but the material is thick and robust. I find it easy to use, peeling the top down to open the case up and then when the case is closed, the cover snaps easily back up. You can still recharge your AirPods with the case on. I love the blue colour of the case, which is offset by the orange cord the colour of which makes it easier to spot my AirPods when they’re in my bag. The cord is also much more practical than a metal clasp. The blue bits on the cord move to open and close the cord so that you can attach the case to your wrist. Thoroughly recommend this product.

Bought this after having learned the hard way. Air pods went flying out of the case outdoors and couldn’t be found. Since having this case, my new air pods are safe and secure.Have seen reviews about the case being hard to open, but I haven’t found that at all.Won’t go a day without this case again!

This is a terrific case for the AirPods Pro 2’s. It has holes for all the ports and speakers and vents, even the lanyard attachment point. A very nice lanyard is included with the case, in lieu of the carabiner attachment point that is usual with the Catalyst cases. It won’t be as water resistant as the standard case, but the case and pods are somewhat water resistant as is. The only negative I can come up with is that the case will pick up lint and pocket schmutz, because it is so soft, not a big negative for me as it’s easily removed with a damp cloth or hand. The AirPods case will move around a bit and you may have to realign the port openings some. I don’t consider that a negative. Catalyst makes the best cases for AirPods. They are the only ones that I’ve used that won’t launch your AirPods out of the case when you drop them. They are a little finagley with having to peel them open to get at the pods but you get used to it. This is more compact than the standard Catalyst case, especially if you don’t use the lanyard, because they don’t have the carabiner, or it’s attachment, and there is no charging port cover. This is the case I’ve been waiting for Catalyst to make. Highly recommended.

Best option for protecting your buds and the case. Wasn't the cheapest product on the market but it ticks all the boxes. Simple and effective design, durable, and a pick up and go everyday carry.
