I really appreciate the fact that this is a clearly marked vegan supplement. The tablets are small in size and easy enough to swallow. You are getting 120 here and if you stick to the recommended adult serving size of 4 then they will last you around a month. Pretty good value for money at under a tenner. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your cognitive health.

Flat pack of 120 tablets that are small but appear to be uncoated and have a slight taste to them. A drink to wash them down is recommended, even if you don't normally need one.These are essentially B6, Magnesium, Copper and Zinc supplements in one tablet. Not that high a level for any really, I've some cheaper multivitamins that have similar levels although they don't claim to be for focus boosting.I've been a little tired and having trouble to concentrate recently and was rather hoping these would help. After a week I've not really felt any different. Taking the 4-a-day recommended (lower for teens and children) there's a months' supply, which may just be long enough to notice any change.I'll update if they start to work.
