I have a couple of the name brand acupressure clips by Aculief and swear by their effectiveness. They are much pricier than this one, so I thought I'd try one of these for comparison sake. They work just as well, it's just that I didn't see where these come in sizes, whereas Aculief does. I have a small hand, so I have a couple of the size small in the Aculief version, but this is still effective even though it sticks out from between my thumb and index finger a little more. I've been a migraine sufferer for my entire adult life, and since I've been using an acupressure hand clip at the first sign of a migraine or headache, I rarely have to take my migraine medication anymore. It really is amazing. It also helps me greatly with stress reduction and I often sleep with one on. This is a great price for something that can be a game changer for you - highly recommend.

I didn't like it. I don't like it being tight

but it would not open wide enough to fit my hand, I use it for a book mark

Not sure if I used it correctly and if it was effective, but helped a little.

Not sure of the results. It was almost too painful to wear for any length of time. I believe in the premises of it, I just couldn’t take the pain.
