The best mic a gift from God

I purchased 4 of these mics to record hearings since I cannot use my lapel microphones.I was VERY surprised at the quality and pickup of these mics. Even with speakers about 1ft-2ft away from the mic I was able to pick them up VERY well and clear. The fact that it comes with an adjustable stand is just icing on the cake.Will be recommending these to other contractors.

This is the first mic I have ever bought, but I have friends who stream and they have all told me this mic sounds just fine for it's price, my voice is clear and crisp which is more than I could say while I was using gaming headset microphones which just seem to get worse the newer model you get paradoxically.Since this is in the beginner category it would be nice if it mentioned more prominently the fact that this mic requires a phantom power hook in and a connection from that to your computer. It doesn't come with either of these so if you don't have either then you won't be able to supply the power it requires or hook it up to your pc, I imagine this is something anyone with even a little experience would have known, but as a newbie to the scene I thought I had what I needed in this kit alone.The mic clamp also failed after around a month of use, but I believe this is due to me constantly knocking my Chai into it and fiddling around trying to find the best spot to put the mic where I could still see all my screens and my keyboard and mouse. So just be aware, you have to know where you want this, tighten it there, and if you want to move it make sure you loosen it first and not smack it around or it will break.I bought a different mic arm that fit my set up more and the mic itself and it's cables all still work perfectly. At one point I had to completely dismantle the shock mount to get the mic out because I tightened the mic into the mount WAY too tight which I am again sure no one with experience would do and it still works fine and was easy to reassemble and put all the elastics back on.This mic only hears your voice on one side of the mic, it's not 360, so it's perfect for being at a computer because it won't pick up you typing on your keyboard and won't pick up your voice bouncing off your monitor and desk which helps a ton with having a clear voice.All in all, recommend for the price to value ratio!

I bought this for my sons youtube gaming channel and wow does it sound great. I have a music studio and have recorded on a lot of expensive mics and i will tell you this mic sounds great! The shockmount, deskmount arm, pop filter are all awesome with this package. Make sure you have an external audio sound card, or mixer with 48v phantom power for this mic to work

I had to get all the gear when I started recording again. This was one of my 1st purchases - thinking I'll upgrade later. I did eventually upgrade, but I definitely kept this baby around & still use it quite often.Works pretty darn good. Some people 'bagged' on it when I was checking out reviews, but I'm happy I picked it up. Don't be fooled by the price - the performace far surpasses that IMO.

I used this on my latest single, Crush, streamable everywhere you stream music, btw. The quality is incredible for the price. The stand is high quality and fits my desk perfectly. There are attachments for your phone and a light, so would also be perfect for podcasters or video content creators.
