Bought these as have decided to home groom our two dogs. While we are very much beginners and can use clippers on their bodies the legs need to be cut with scissors. So while not perfect these thinning scissors help blend the cut marks left by the scissors. I’m sure we will improve with practice although probably not to professional standards. I can testify that the blade is very sharp as I managed to cut my finger on the straight while clearing hair from serrated side. They are well made and comfortable to use.

Excellent thinning scissors, worth every penny .

The top and bottom blades didn’t meet, so the scissors wouldn’t close. I’ve had to fiddle with them to adjust them so now the performance is random.

Used these to trim my dog as I couldn't get an appointment at the dog groomers. Easy to use and cut her hair well. I was a little nervous as I hadn't trimmed her before but these worked well and I liked the safety feature of a blunt tip in case dog moves. The rubber grip did fall off a couple of times that is around the handle but it wasn't really a problem. Overall I am impressed and I will continue to use these to trim my dog when I can't get to the groomers and for little trims around the eyes and face.

Pleased with the grooming scissors just wish the dog would stand still to let me use them.
