TBF , I should be sponsored by Lean Greens lolI get up in the morning, drink my Lean Greens powder , take my Good Fats Formula and my Sunshine Formula ....after my workout I take my protein Trim formula .Before bed I have my Drift off formula.I sleep well , I feel really good, healthy and able to cope with my busy schedule.So yes , I would recommend the Good Fats formula, it's a great product on its own or alongside the other Lean Green stuff.

A very good brand and good value for money
A very good brand and good value for money. There is no fishy after taste and this is the first time I've ever stuck with taking supplements in the morning. I've been taking them for the last 3-4 months and haven't missed a day - I usually stop after a couple of weeks, so I can only assume that they're doing what they meant to and my subconscious knows it!

I've been taking Good Fats for over 7 months now and I feel great, I had been experiencing some back and joint pain, but it's gone now and I feel like I'm in my 20's again (I'm 42).

A very good brand and good value for money. They are a similar size to most other brands, thre is never any fishy aftertaste with these ones. I've been using these doe a few months now and would not bother with any others. A good quality product

My knees LOVE this high quality supplement
As someone with painful joint issues, and having tried several brands, I can attest that not all fish oils are born equal.Some are quite ineffective and clearly not made with quality ingredients ...and then there’s Good Fats from Lean Greens.Let’s just say my knees can really tell the difference!Truly a great supplement I rely on daily. I fully recommend you get some.

Excellent product
The good fats formula was recommended to me during a 21 day programme I participated in. All round my health feels better, I noticed this more when I stopped taking them so restarted and haven't looked bag. I take it everyday along with lean greens. Money well,spent.
