Can’t get the vacation mode to function.
This remote looks identical to the Gree remote I originally had. I was excited to find a replacement that seemed identical. However, when I try to lock the temperature for vacation mode (using clock and temp simultaneously), the screen on the remote goes blank and nothing happens. It’s really important for this function to work during the winter when we need to keep our vacation home above freezing. For that reason, I’m really disappointed with this remote. I didn’t open it soon enough to be able to return it.

It does not allow to use other features. DisappointingTried to contact distribution through Amazon and got crickets.
