Literally useless
I HIGHLY recommend finding another sweat test option - as I will now need to as well. I followed all instructions, put on a dry/clean arm as stated, and the patch didn't even stick to my arm for 10 mins during my run. Fell off as soon as I began sweating. Adhesive doesn't seem anywhere near as strong as it needs to be to last for the full 30 mins of the test. Either that or they've been sitting on the shelf way too long and are now not suitable for sale.

Just like Gatorade...kinda pointless
The patch failed (I guess $24 is asking a lot) I'm not sure exactly how they can get any sort of relevant data out of this thing but the line darkened when sweat dripped onto it. I did a 90 minute indoor ride. Eventually the line filled all the way up and the orange dye came out. I think that this product would be good for Pickleball players or perhaps gamers. It (like Gatorade) is not really for athletes looking for sweat data.

Won't stick if you're a sweater
If you're a sweater and plan to wear this for a couple hours, you're going to have to wrap it or find another method to keep it tight to the skin. It was questionable how well it was working because it wasn't adhering after a shortwhile.
