I hate anything with artificial sugar so when I look at gummy vitamins, I make sure there is no artificial sugar in the ingredients. These are delicious. I don’t know how, but after 2 months my hair is thicker. I can only tell because when I put my hair in a ponytail, I can only wrap my ponytail holder around three times. I used to have to wrap it around four times to make a ponytail. I know there are cheaper alternatives that are not gummies, but I really like these and I think they are worth it. I did notice that the price went up, unfortunately. I just ordered another 2 bottles on autoship to save a little.

I've been using these for over a year now and they really work! My hair is much thicker and fuller and I have far less hair loss when I wash it. They also taste great!

The gummies taste good and are easy to swallow. As far as any changes i have not been taken them long enough to notice a change as yet.

I have been finding less hair in the shower drain. Have not noticed a difference in my nails. Those keep splitting and breaking off. :(
