I do really love this coat which I bought for dog walking. It has been well and truly tested and is definitely fully waterproof, wind proof and warm. The hood is a great size and easily pulls over a woollen hat and keeps your cheeks warm. Pockets are great too. The only thing that isn’t so great is the zip. First time I bought this coat I had to send it back as the zip just wouldn’t pull up. I returned it and got another which initially seemed ok, but after 3 or 4 uses developed a problem. I can no longer open the zip at the bottom if I want to climb over something and I have great difficulty getting the zip to pull up from the bottom when I first put it on. Having said all of this, it is a great coat…..Now a few weeks later, after lots of frustration with the zip, I have added a touch of oil and it works perfectly both up and down!

Warm coat, comfortable to wear, waterproof and windproof as described. Went walking and was too warm. It's a little on the heavy side, although great for getting changed after a swim and keeping warm and dry on playground duty at school. Zips robust and hard wearing, thick warm lining not as soft as fleece but still comfortable and warm. Would definitely recommend. Bought when it was reduced to £80. An absolute bargain when compared to top branded dry robe prices of £165. Comes with a foldable bag for storage. All round great product. Thank you.

I got this for using both on the beach after surfing as a warm cover between ocean dips and to use as a changing robe at the end of the day. It will also be handy on camping trips in the evening as the temperatures drop. It’s really warm to wear and says it’s waterproof (hasn’t rained yet to confirm this). Wrists have a Velcro adjustment on them to suit the wearer. The collar does up snuggly to keep the wind out too. There plenty of room to move inside the robe to get your kit on and off discreetly. I’m 5’6” and a size 14 ish to give an idea of the size of it. Lots of pockets inside and out. And a really useful carry bag with adjustable straps makes carrying it to the beach easy and doubles as a handy pillow when you’re not wearing it.

I bought this for my wife to use when she goes to the farm for her horse. She loves it. Absolutely brilliant. Really warm, really generous in the size. Can't recommend it highly enough

I know this product description says for swimming, surfing and beach. But I bought this product for my father to use while working in winter. My father has a wonderful farm and he loves spending time there as a hobby. It can be windy and cold because it is in a far and high place.It actually says windproof. So I thought it could be used anywhere windy. The fact that it is quite thick and wide indicates that it is good for harsh weather conditions. You can wear this coat after wearing many clothes.It is not very good to be one size, but it can be said that it is ideal for many men. It is not a product to be worn for fashion, but it can be fashioned for those who wear loose and this style.My father said it was too big at first, but when he started using it, he liked it a lot. He says it's summer day even on the coldest days. Yes, it is an expensive product, but quality things are expensive.I was with my dad this weekend. I was curious about the product and wore it. I was wearing a world famous brand coat. I paid £285 for this coat. Yes, very cool and fit. But I can't hike or work in the cold mountains with this coat. Although they say it's for cold weather, it doesn't warm as well as a Winthome coat and doesn't stop the wind.I really like this coat!

Lovely item but unfortunately it was just to big and extremely heavy so wasn’t the robe/coat for me but the quality was excellent

Great coat, very warm and dry but the sleeves are very long and the cuffs can only be adjusted so far. You may need a couple of 'poppers' to help tighten the cuffs.
