Good quality and good value
This is my first chromatic harmonica. I bought this model on the recommendation of a friend who regularly plays his Swan Chromatic in a band. The instrument comes in sturdy plastic case and is well made. All the notes, both blow and draw, play and are in tune. There are no rough edges and the slider moves smoothly. The harmonica is quieter than more expensive models from established names which makes it a good starter or practice instrument. For me this is an ideal and affordable instrument for anyone progressing from a diatonic harmonica to test whether a chromatic is for them.

Has sweet tone throughout its range and round holes make it ...
Its OK for a novice chromatic harp player but not very loud. Has sweet tone throughout its range and round holes make it comfortable to play. I would recommend it as a beginners instrument simply based on its reasonable price but if you are a seasoned player you wouldn't need any advice from me.

Sounded great straight from box. What a bargain. Recommend and would buy again.

What great value!
I have a couple of ancient Hohner Super Chromonicas which play ok but don’t smell or taste that good, even after cleaning so I started looking for an alternative. This Swan Chromatic is proving to be just the job, everything works as it should and is of good quality. It is slightly quieter the the Hohners but you expect that from a valveless harmonica. It plays straight out of the box and needs no warming up, unlike conventional chromes. I love the mouthpiece with its round holes which are much less wearing on the lips and tongue. Go for it!

Excellent for the price.
Firstly I used a tuning app and happily found that the note coming out of the instrument matched what it was supposed to be. Secondly there were no sharp edges to the metal so it could be slid from position to position without fear of damaging your lips. Yes, it is quieter than other more expensive brands but there are such things as mikes and amps. Looking forward to learning to play this instrument properly. Surprising quality for the price when compared to more prestigious brands. The hard case is a bonus.

Well-built and Wonderful Sound!
A wonderful chromatic harmonica that has soft lines that are well built. Works well right out of the box but I disassembled it and adjusted it to perfection. Tested for a while in the studio and recording and does not get unpleasant sounds with several microphones, the impact is not greater than the more expensive models! 5 stars for a well-built and wonderful sound!

Fine Musical Instrument
Has a good lively inclination to it, fun little harmonica. Seems to be quality made. Never had any training before on one of these and was able to make enjoyable melody on it from the get-go. Love how it fits in the pocket. Black case it comes with is legit.

Sounds good, all notes work
I've seen a video review that said that this harp was unplayable, and the review wasn't able to get a sound out of the thing. I found the Swan harp to be solidly made of decent quality. Sounds good, all notes work.
