Wonderful gizmo!
Having just bought an Olympus E-M5 ii with the ubiquitous M. Zuiko 17mm f1.8 prime I thought it might be fun to try and adapt my collection of Canon full frame glass. I didn't want to spend a fortune on a Metabones adapter at this point, so this little non-electronic adapter seemed ideal. It arrived promptly and it fits very well indeed to both the camera and the lenses - I can't detect any play. Once I'd looked up how to set focus peaking and magnification to aid with manual focus I fitted my Canon EF 85mm f1.8 and, to be frank, I was stunned at how good the resulting images were. The in-built IBIS of the E-M5 ii enabled me to hand hold with no blur whatsoever (IBIS works best when you manually tell it the focal length) and the camera's focusing aids made manual focusing a breeze. I set aperture on the Canon lens by first attaching it to my EOS camera, choosing an aperture, then pressing the depth of field preview button and removing the lens while the EOS was still turned on (and the DoF button still depressed). I'm sure this is frowned upon but it works for me! I plumped for F4 to begin with. It didn't take me long to do the same with all of my other lenses. This adapter is well made and it has enabled me to save a fortune on having to buy new telephotos for my E-M5 ii. I strongly recommend it - if you have EF or EF-S lenses it's good for both your wallet and your soul!

Does the Job Well
I'm using a GH5 with Canon fit Samyang lenses, so needed the adaptor so I could I use both together. You can't use autofocus with this adaptor, but as my lenses are manual this doesn't bother me. The adaptor is easy to attach and remove and I have no problems. All I would say is when removing your lenses from the adaptor, the silver button needs to be pushed forward to release the lens, not in like you would do if taking the lens off the camera body.

Excellent for what it is...
This is a great product and is exactly as advertised. It is well made and very high quality. Beware that it does not support all EOS functions as it does not allow for interoperability between the EOS auto functions and CSC cameras. But if you can live with manual focussing and setup (just like they used to do in the old days), you'll be very satisfied. Take care when attaching lenses and locking into camera. The fit is VERY precise and to unlock, remember to press and pull the release button BACK towards the camera. Just pressing it will not do it. Recommended!

lens adapter
Have tried this adapter using a number of different canon lens and managed to get a satisfactory picture in each case. I found it easier to mount the lens on a tripod when using telephoto lenses but manage hand held shots using a macro lens. in each case the aperture was the widest for the lens and manual focusing was used. Understand the is a version of these adapters were you can adjust the aperture, but I have no experience of its use.

Get the Pro version if you can!
I am happy with this adapter, but also bought a Fotodiox Pro Canon EOS EF to C-mount lens adapter which was the Pro version (not the standard version)... It is well worth getting the Pro version, they are better made and well worth the small price difference.

Give it a good test beforehand so you don't drop any lenses
Works perfectly, just make sure it's secured on to your lens properly! Give it a good test beforehand so you don't drop any lenses.

A no-brainer!
Essential if you have Canon glass that you want to be able to use. Works beautifully, and the lack of AF means that you have to hone your skills. Having said that, my Oly still manages to track faces using it!
