Use by dates
When buying multiple packs for one person be careful of the use by date, if buying a 4 pack of 90 tablets each that's 360 tables, a years supply and the use by date may only be 6 months.

Really good combined oil and vitamin tablet, looking at other reviewers here that were worried about the colour of the shell, I have checked the ingredients listed and it includes the capsule which has colouring in it to make this new colour. Doesn’t appear to be ‘fake’ or harmful.

Bottle too few for cost
I was disappointed as I thought there would be 90 in the bottle and it only has 30!!! So rather expensive against previous times I have bought them on Anazin
