Why did I wait so long?

Good but assembly issues
I was able to get this together but not able to put both screws in on each side. The one screw on each side holds it together but that is a design issue. The file folder serves it's purpose.

Sturdy item but does not fit standard hanging files.
Unfortunately had to return due to my standard file hangers not fitting, organizer is not wide enough. Return was simple and easy.

TOO SMALL
THIS IS NOT THE SIZE AS ADVERTISED. IT IS TOO SMALL FOR A REGULAR SIZED PENDAFLEX FOLDER. THEY HAVE TO BE FORCED IN! NOT EXACTLY IDEAL!
